We produce and support performances across multiple disciplines, creating opportunities for artists to explore their craft in spaces that honor culture, creativity, and individuality. AuthenticOpera Co. welcomes performers from all backgrounds and traditions, building programs that reflect diverse stories and perspectives.

A NOTE FROM OUR
FOUNDER
Welcome to AuthenticOpera Co.
This organization was born from a simple belief: artists deserve spaces where they can create and perform as their true selves. As a performer, I have learned how powerful it feels to step on a stage and be fully seen, fully heard, and fully valued. AuthenticOpera Co. was created so more artists can experience that same sense of freedom and belonging.
Southwest Michigan is filled with extraordinary talent and vibrant communities. I wanted to build an artistic home that celebrates those voices, honors diverse cultures, and opens doors for new creative possibilities. AuthenticOpera Co. is not only about performance, but about connection, collaboration, and storytelling that reflects real lives and real experiences.
My hope is that this organization becomes a place where artists feel encouraged to take risks, audiences feel welcomed and inspired, and creativity is allowed to flourish without limits. Whether you are joining us as a performer, a supporter, or an audience member, you are helping to shape something meaningful and lasting.
